Shipping policy

 

Goods will be delivered at your stable, riding school or equestrian yard. For other locations additional charges and seperate delivery times will be applied.

Dubai:

Free delivery on all orders from 100 AED and more with a delivery address in Dubai. For orders below 100 AED, there will be a 15 AED delivery charge.

Delivery will take place within 3 working days after purchase of the goods.

Sharjah:

Free delivery on orders over 250 AED. For orders below 250 AED, there will be a 25 AED delivery charge.

Delivery will take place within 3 working days after purchase of the goods.

Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah & Umm al-Quwain:

Free delivery on orders over 350 AED. For orders below 350 AED, there will be a 35 AED delivery charge.

Delivery will take place within 7 working days after purchase of the goods.

Abu Dhabi:

Free delivery on orders over 350 AED. For orders below 350 AED, there will be a 35 AED delivery charge.

Delivery will take place within 7 working days after purchase of the goods.

Oman, Kuwait, Bahrein, Qatar & Saudi Arabia:

For these countries you will receive customized shipping rates for the following products and only the following products: HG One, HG 600, HG 2000, HG 2002, Nebutec Horse Nebulizer. You will not be able to complete check out. To order these products please fill in the contact form. 

Free delivery on orders above 999 AED. For orders below 999 AED, there will be a 150 AED delivery charge.

Delivery will take place within 10-14 days after purchase of the goods.

Please note that feed & supplements are not available for these countries due to high import costs. For large quantities please fill in the contact form.
